About the updated information　（Nov. 2010）

After the distribution of the Echogram Catalog, we have recieved more echograms from Central Fisheries Research Institute of Hokkaido Research Organization, Ibaraki Prefectural Fisheries Experimental Station, Tokyo-to Tousho Nourin Suisan Sougo Center，The Institute of Cetacean Research，Miyagi Prefecture Fisheries Technology Institute.
Those data include echograms of Alaska pollock at Japan sea, Japanese anchovy and mackerel echogram at the Pacific coast side, Japanese sand lance and Splendid Alfonsinos, which had less information in the previous version.
We thank here their sincere data donation, and hope these informations would help the species identification and acoustic survey of the target species.   We also thank Dr. Koki Abe (National Research Institute of Fisheries Engineering), Dr. Hideaki Kidokoro and Dr. Yuji Ueda (Japan Sea National Fisheries Research Institute) for their cooperation in the update operation.
